How far in advance do I need to order an exhibition stand?
For a custom, tailored exhibition stand, we recommend 6-8 weeks lead time. Standard products like roll-ups, pop-up walls or banners can often be delivered within 1-2 weeks. For rush orders, ask us - we usually find a solution, even on short notice. The earlier you inquire, the more design flexibility we have.
How much does an exhibition stand cost?
Costs depend heavily on size, equipment and customization: A simple pop-up stand (3x3m) with counter and roll-up costs approximately CHF 1,500-3,000. Modular exhibition stands (9-20 sqm) with graphics are CHF 5,000-15,000. Large custom appearances (30+ sqm) with special constructions cost CHF 15,000-50,000+. Rental systems are often cheaper than buying - ask about our rental options.
What materials do you use for exhibition stands?
We rely on lightweight, stable and reusable materials: Aluminum profile systems for the structure, textile tension frames with printed fabric panels (washable, wrinkle-free), Forex/Dibond for hard shell elements, LED lighting for optimal illumination. On request, we use sustainable, recyclable materials and FSC-certified wood.
Do you offer rental exhibition stands?
Yes, we offer modular exhibition stand systems for rent. This is ideal if you only exhibit 1-2 times annually, need different booth sizes or want to conserve capital. The rental includes transport, setup and teardown. The graphics are individually produced for you and belong to you. Ask about our rental packages.
Do you handle setup and teardown?
Yes, we offer full service: Transport, setup according to booth plan, teardown and return transport. Our experienced team knows the major Swiss exhibition halls (Messe Zurich, Messe Basel, Messe Lucerne, BEA Bern) and their regulations. We coordinate with the trade show organization and take care of power, water and internet connections.
